Our Rules For Enrolment

Because behaviour and training are at the heart of our business, we are always understanding and like to give everyone a fair chance, however certain rules are put in place to protect Dirty Paws and most importantly the dogs.

There will unfortunately not be any exceptions to the rules. Should a dog develop any behavioural issues during their visits, a session will be arranged with Nicolene to mitigate and resolve the problem.

All dogs will be given a two-day trail to make sure they meet all the requirements before they can be formally enrolled. (We do two days and not just one, because we understand a dog might experience changes in their behaviour when put in a new environment and would like to give each dog a fair chance).

Rules:

• Dog must be fully up to date with all vaccinations, including kennel cough.

• Puppies must have all 3 rounds of inoculations, including kennel cough.

• Dog must be dewormed and de-ticked on a regular basis.

• Males over 10 months must be sterilized.

• No females on heat will be allowed to attend doggy daycare.

• Dog must be properly socialized.

• Dog must be able to get along with all other types of dogs, big and small.

• Dog with aggression or bite history, even minor, will not be allowed.

• No constantly barking dogs allowed.

• No sick dogs allowed.

• In the event a dog is not collected on time, penalties will be charged.

• In the event a dog is not collected in three days, Dirty Paws has the right to re-home the animal.

• No dog will be allowed unless they have gone through their two-day trails.

• Payment is due before the start of every month.
